ABOUT THE SHAMROCK CLUB

The Shamrock Club of Columbus is a Not-for-Profit Social Organization founded to organize and sponsor the annual St Patrick's Day Parade in Columbus, Ohio. The annual parade and the club has grown since it was first started in 1936.

The Shamrock Club provides members a wide range of events and activities. Many of these activities are family friendly with the playground and shelter house on the club's spacious grounds.

The Shamrock Club sponsors live Irish music in the pub, dart leagues, progressive euchre nights, and much more.

Members enjoy community events, special events, annual events, and many friendships.

The most important of these club sponsored events is the annual St. Patrick's Day celebration on March 17th (whether it is a week day or if it falls on a weekend).

The Feast of St. Patrick is celebrated each year by the Shamrock Club with a procession to Mass, Mass, Parade, and the annual Irish Family Reunion.

This website is designed to introduce the Shamrock Club to the community. Take a look through the site, enjoy your virtual visit, and come on down to the club sometime at 60 West Castle Road in Columbus. You'll be glad you did.

Memorial patio

As you may or not have seen, the entrance to the Shamrock Club has engraved bricks that memorialize family names, past presidents, companies or just an expression from Irish Culture. We are once again marketing this opportunity to support the Shamrock Club by purchasing an engraved 8"x8" brick.

Each brick costs $100 and you can put any tasteful message on that brick. Purchases of three or more bricks receive a discount of $25 on each brick. It's a great, long-lasting gift for your favorite Shamrock Club member, family occasion or advertisement for your business. All proceeds benefit the Home Committee and support improvements being made to your club.

Our goal is to sell 100 bricks. To order a brick you can call Brigid Garrison at the Shamrock Club office 614-491-4449, fill out an order form at the Pub or email the club office shamrockclub1936@yahoo.com

Click here to print an order form if you want to mail it in.
